Giant rhubarb Rate Topic: -----

I very rarely photography this kind of thing but on one occasion at Leeds Castle in Kent I spotted this giant rhubard plant. I was quite pleased with the result too, what do you think? ;)

Hi Ben

It's posh name is Gunnera, as you probably knew, and it will grown to an enormous size.

I think the image is excellent. :mad:

I like the square format, it really works here; The way the plant itself provides both the fore and mid grounds leading your eye into the background is interesting. I presume it was taken on a 6x6cm roll film camera. What was the film? It rendered the greens really well.

Thanks for your comments, you're very kind! It was taken with a Hasselblad 500CM and Planar lens using Fuji Velvia. :mad:

ok if your into this type of work I suppose...To be honest it is not the type of image I would look at twice ' all to green for me ' but well documented.
